Tracks Offered
Senior High School is two years of specialized upper secondary education; students may choose a specialization based on aptitude, interests, and school capacity. The choice of career track will define the content of the subjects a student will take in Grades 11 and 12.

STEP 1: Online Enrollment

STEP 2: Submission of Requirements
1. Get your printed Enhanced Basic Education Enrollment Form in Room 1 and 2. Recheck the information and submit it for validation.
2. Receive and keep the validated enrollment form.

What are the enrollment requirements?
1. Prepare and create a PDF copy or picture of the required documents listed below:
a. Grade 10 SF9 (Report Card) / Grade 11 SF9 for G12 Transferees
b. Birth Certificate (Front and Back page)
c. 2x2 ID picture (attire: white polo / shirt or blouse with white background and name tag)

3. Print the form and fill up the needed information.
Will Senior High School students be required to wear uniforms?
It is not required to wear school uniform. However, students are encouraged to wear white shirt or any decent clothing on school days.
